I recently ordered a Sennheiser headset and having clicked on the button to finalise everything I saw that there was an issue with the completion of my order. I think it was a connection problem or some tech issue but I was informed that my order had not gone through yet within seconds I had received an email receipt from PayPal. It was late at night and I was somewhat alarmed as I could not phone at that time so I decided to contact Customer Service by email with details of my order and what had happened. To my relief and delight shortly after 8am on the following day I received notification that the matter was being dealt with and an hour later a further email informing me that all issues had been resolved and that my order had gone through. I received my headset on the following day less than 48 hours after I had placed my order and earlier than advised. I could not be more pleased. The service was excellent and the goods arrived in tip top condition and not only on time but ahead of schedule.

Very responsive, fast delivery. When I had an issue with submitting online payment, I rang customer services directly and they transferred me to accounts where my payment was taken directly, very helpful and attentive staff. Cant fault at all, highly recommended.

Great service. They didn't have the exact match in stock of what I needed. However, they rang me, emailed me and range me again to advise that that they had a very, very similar item and that they would not ship without checking with me first. They also threw in an additional piece that uldenable us to use the headset in another mode. Very happy with the service. Loretta

I have been searching for a headset that I could use that was comfortable as well as effective for a number years, I am happy to say that I have now found one, since using the headset I have had to return to the office a couple of times as I had forgotten I had the headset in.
